Delivery Information

SARMs-UK endeavours to dispatch your order within 24 hours, we dispatch Monday to Friday. Sending all orders is simple and easy. We include your name and address on every package. We wrap every item effectively to avoid scratches or damages throughout shipping. We partner with the most qualified delivery companies for fast delivery. As you receive the order, don’t forget to sign for it. It allows us to offer tracked delivery.

Delivery within Europe typically ranges from 3 to 7 days, while for other destinations, the timeframe is generally 7 to 14 days.

Do I need to pay import duty/tax?

Import duties and taxes may be incurred

Import duties are required by law – please check the customs laws in your country if you are unsure about the fees, we do not have control over import duties. If you refuse a shipment for unpaid customs fees, your order will be refunded but shipping fees (both ways) will be deducted from your refund value.

Can I return an item if I changed my mind?

Absolutely! You can return any unwanted items within 30 days upon receiving your order, as long as the item(s) are in original condition, unopened. You will need to email us to open a return request. You must ensure to return items with a tracked service to avoid any losses in transit.

Damaged or faulty goods

DO NOT discard of any damaged items - email us photographs first!

Receive a damaged item? No worries, you have 14 days from receiving your order to report any issues. Just make sure to snap a photo and let us know about any defects, missing items, or outer packaging damage. Don't wait too long - we can't be held responsible for issues reported after the 14-day window. DO NOT DISCARD your damaged goods. We will NOT under any circumstances arrange refunds or exchanges if you discard the product before contacting us.

Unacceptable returns

Ensure to return in original condition

Our return policy is pretty straightforward - if you return a product in a way that doesn't comply with our policies, items must be returned in original condition, unopened and safely packaged. You must ensure to return items with a tracked service to avoid any losses in transit. We will not be responsible for any returns that do not reach us successfully.

How long will it take to get a refund?

Refunds will be processed within 5 days

Get your money back within 5 days. You must return the product within 30 days of purchase, unused and in its original packaging. Make sure to keep all the original labels intact and in good condition. We'll take care of the rest! Just remember to include your order details to ensure a smooth refund process.
